Family Law Attorney | Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC – Fort Worth

Bryan Bubis is a Senior Attorney and family law attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, based in the firm’s Fort Worth office. Bryan brings a direct, creative, and client-focused approach to his practice, with extensive experience handling matters involving family law, criminal law, and probate and estate planning.

Bryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M School of Law in 2012. Over the course of his career, he has served as both an Associate Attorney and Senior Associate Attorney, developing a broad and strategic perspective on case management, advocacy, and effective problem-solving for clients.

Bryan chose a career in law to help people—especially children—and credits fatherhood with profoundly shaping his empathy and understanding of family dynamics. As a full-time “girl dad,” he brings a deeply personal appreciation for the challenges parents face, particularly single parents navigating complex and emotionally charged legal situations.

Originally from Texas, Bryan has lived in Austin and Dallas before joining the Fort Worth office. Outside of work, he enjoys UFC, sports, and relaxing in saunas and steam rooms. His friends describe him as direct, honest, and creative—qualities that define his communication style and legal approach.
